The Institut Catholique de Kabgayi (ICK) is inviting applications for students who wish to join the September 2025 intake and are in need of financial support. This opportunity comes through a partnership with CHANCEN International Rwanda under the “Study Now–Pay Later” scheme. The program allows students to study without worrying about tuition fees during their studies. Instead, once they graduate and begin earning an income, they will pay back a portion of their salary through the CHANCEN Income Share Agreement (ISA). This is a great chance for students with limited financial resources to continue their education without delay.

ICK, working closely with CHANCEN International Rwanda, is committed to making higher education more accessible and inclusive. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Must be Rwandan.
• Female applicants are strongly encouraged (being female is an advantage).
• Must hold a General Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education with at least a 50% average pass mark.
• Students who completed S6 before 2024 must have at least 2 Principal Passes.
• Students who studied abroad must present a certificate of equivalence.

• Bachelor's in Rural and Urban Development
• Bachelor's in Environmental Management
• Bachelor's in Journalism
• Bachelor's in Public Relations

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• A notarized copy of the Advanced General Certificate of Secondary Education.
• Results slip of A Level national examination.
• A copy of the National Identity Card.
• One recent colored passport photo.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Admitted students must attend an ISA workshop with their guardians before classes start.
• Selected students will be officially informed by ICK.
• Only students who meet CHANCEN’s requirements will be granted financial support.
