ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
β’ Be a Rwandan youth aged between 18 and 34 years old.
β’ Hold at least a Level 5 qualification or higher (e.g., diploma, advanced certificate, or degree).
β’ Be currently unemployed or underemployed (working less than full-time or in a job not matching your skills).
β’ Have a strong interest in developing a career in the Global Business Services (GBS) sector.
β’ Be willing to commit to training and development programs designed to prepare you for employment.

β’ Call Center Agent
β’ IT Support Assistant
β’ Finance & Accounting Assistant
β’ Administrative Assistant

β’ Back Office Support Agent
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
β’ Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
β’ Assist clients with troubleshooting basic technical issues.
β’ Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
β’ Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing.
β’ Process documents and verify customer information.
β’ Collaborate with team members to meet service targets.
β’ Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures.
β’ Use digital tools to manage workflow and communication.
β’ Prepare simple reports and summaries for supervisors.
