ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Be a Rwandan youth aged between 18 and 34 years old.
• Hold at least a Level 5 qualification or higher (e.g., diploma, advanced certificate, or degree).
• Be currently unemployed or underemployed (working less than full-time or in a job not matching your skills).
• Have a strong interest in developing a career in the Global Business Services (GBS) sector.
• Be willing to commit to training and development programs designed to prepare you for employment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
