ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Demography with a recognized professional certification such as Data Management, Data Quality, or any other recognized Data Management certification : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Communication & Technology : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Global Health : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing : 0 year of relevant experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Medicine and Community Health : 0 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedical : 0 year of relevant experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of data collected at the health facilities.
• Supervise and provide instructions for workers collecting and tabulating data.
• Collect, analyse, interpret, and produce hospital statistics.
• Report results of statistical analyses, including presenting data in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
• Consolidate statistical reports from different services, departments, and projects operating under the hospital.
• Provide reports on birth audits, death audits, disease surveillance, and other HMIS reports to supervisors.
• Perform data entry and actively participate in internal and external data quality assessments.
• Supervise health centres in the catchment area to verify the reliability and quality of data.
• Participate in hospital operational research and monitoring & evaluation activities.
• Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor.

• Work Experience Certificates or Reference Letters.
• Police Clearance Certificate.
